Sun-dried Tomato Pesto (Round 2)

Gave the recipe I posted back in April another shot, and it was just as good as last time! This time, I cut down on the cheese a little bit, but I think at least half a garlic clove can also be taken out to make the dish a little lighter. Perfect with spaghetti, though it needed a wee bit of effort to make sure the pesto coated all strands evenly.
